Transaction data panel - data supply options

The data panel is where you can complete the VAT data for a specific month. It is important to add data that is consistent with the selected month.

It is important to complete the data on a monthly basis, even in cases where billing has a frequency other than monthly.

The data panel is divided into two fixed fields:

• Data period: Select the year and month of interest. For example, to work on data for May, select the appropriate year and month - May.
• Data for (date): The automatically selected date appears in the header of the next panel indicating that the data displayed is for the selected period.

In this panel, you can choose the data source from which you want to add information. Available sources include:

• Integration Data
• Transfers
• Additional Sales
• Additional Costs
