Please download the file, enter your answers in the 'customer answers' section and return the document in an editable version to your tutor.

Once we have received the document, we will verify your answers and begin to complete the necessary information for the VAT registration process.

The form contains the basic information needed for registration in each country.

Detailed information for each country will be needed in the next phase, which your Account Manager will notify you about.
