Obligation to register a business in Poland

According to the Polish Freedom of Economic Activity Act, all economic activities, including e-commerce, must be registered in the relevant register. An e-commerce traders must register their businesses, which will enable them to obtain a NIP (Tax Identification Number) and REGON (Business Register Number) - these are key identification numbers necessary to conduct business in compliance with the Polish law.
