Only direct clients of amavat are able to pay conveniently with a deposited payment method.
For clients who are serviced by our partner law firms, only the conventional payment method by invoice and bank transfer is available.
To set up your preferred payment method, please proceed as follows. 1:
1. Please log in to the amavat client portal at https://portal.amavat.eu
Please use your log-in data for this purpose. (see picture 1)
2. Click on the "Billing" button.
A new window opens and the following is displayed:
Please click on the button "Payment methods" (see picture 2).
Another window will open. Please enter your preferred payment method here.
You have the choice between credit card payment or payment by direct debit. (see picture 3)
Payment by credit card: - via PayPal Express
If you prefer to pay by credit card, please click on the "PayPal" tab and enter your preferred credit card as the payment method.
We accept Mastercard, VISA and AMEX credit cards.
Payment by direct debit:
If you would like to pay by direct debit, please click on the "Direct debit" button. (see picture 3)
The following will then be displayed:
Please now click on the button "Pay with GOCARDLESS".
Afterwards you can easily enter your bank details in the input form. (see picture 5)
Your company name and billing address are already filled in. Please complete the missing data.
Please confirm your entry by clicking on the "Set up direct debit mandate" button.
Please note that the SEPA Direct Debit Scheme is currently only available for the following countries.
What happens afterwards?
Your chosen default payment method is automatically deposited, where possible, for your future payments.
