Verification of Data in the Application

We strongly urge you to systematically verify your company data in the application.

They are crucial for the correct processing of transaction data.

Company Data

In the “Company Settings” tab you can verify company data, as well as add contact persons.

VAT numbers - registration in all countries

In the "VAT Registration" tab, verify that all VAT numbers are posted, in the countries where you are registered (not just those supported by amavat).

Exceeding the limit

The information about exceeding the limit affects the classification of transaction data when received, so it is extremely important to check this option if it is reasonable.

OSS procedure

If you are registered for VAT OSS, you should add this registration in the algorithm parameterization tab, VAT OSS. Enter the date of registration and the country in which VAT OSS is settled. Then click the “Activate” button.

The registration status is shown in the upper right corner of the panel.
